NONE GREATER

NONE GREATER

1. NO GREATER FACT THAN GOD!

(1) Ex. 18:120--Now I know that the LORD is greater than all gods: for in the thing wherein they dealt proudly he was above them.

(2) Deut. 4:35--Unto thee it was shewed, that thou mightest know that the LORD he is God; there is none else beside him."

(3) Deut. 4:39--Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the LORD he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.

(4) He. 6:13-- For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself,

(5) 1 Jn. 4:4--"Greater is he that is in you, then he..."

2. NO GREATER BOOK THAN THE BOOK OF GOD.

(1) 2 Tim. 3:16, 17--No greater results than these can be obtained from any other book!

(2) 2 Pet. 1:20, 21--20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.  (Bible not from man!)

(3) 1 Cor. 2:13--Not man's wisdom but God's wisdom.

3. NO GREATER LOVE THAN THE LOVE OF GOD.

(1) Jn. 15:13--"Greater love hath no man this, that..."

(2) Jn. 3:16.

(3) 1 Jn. 3:16--Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

4. NO GREATER DEMAND THAN THE DEMAND OF GOD.

(1) Mk. 12:29-31.29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: 30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. 31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

(2) Matt. 16:24—Can give no more than yourself!

(3) Matt. 10:34-37.

5. NO GREATER JUDGMENT THAN THE JUDGMENT OF GOD.

(1) Rev. 16:5-7--5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus. 6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy. 7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.
